How Should I Store the house pack?

Modified on Mon, 8 Dec at 1:37 PM

Our products are securely packed on custom-sized pallets and wrapped in plastic foil to protect the wooden components from weather-related damage. The open design at the base of the pallet allows for proper ventilation.

We recommend storing the sealed pack in a shaded area on a dry surface or in an unheated, well-ventilated room. If the packaging has been damaged during storage or transport, cover the affected area with tape or adhesive to protect the wooden parts against moisture.

Unpacked parts should be stored in a shaded area with stable temperature and humidity to prevent warping of the wooden components. Doors and windows should be stored horizontally, lying flat to minimize the risk of bending or distortion. For extended storage, cover the parts with a tarpaulin. To avoid moisture damage to the logs and other details, ensure proper ventilation under the tarpaulin.

Important: Avoid storing the packaging/ details in heated rooms.
